Special Guests Join Ellis Paul for Benefit Concert for CHAF

Folk singers Vance Gilbert and Jennifer Kimball will join acclaimed singer-songwriter Ellis Paul for the seventh annual Concert for the Homeless on Friday, September 30 at 8 pm at Sanders Theatre in Cambridge, MA.  Singer-songwriter and percussionist Christopher Williams will open the show, which will raise funds to assist homeless and near homeless families in Cambridge. Tickets are on sale now at CHAF web site or by calling the Harvard Box Office at 617-496-2222.  The Concert for the Homeless is being presented by 92.9FM WBOS as part of the NEMO Music Festival.

The Concert for the Homeless is an annual event to support the work of The Cambridge Housing Assistance Fund (CHAF). CHAF is a non-profit organization that assists homeless and near homeless families make the transition from life in a shelter to the security of renting their own homes.  More than $725,000 has been raised to date through this annual event and more than 700 families and individuals have been helped through grants made by the organization.
