This week, renowned French photographer and film-maker Jean Marie Perier, who has worked with The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, and Bob Dylan, will be coming to NYC to meet Ellis prior to his show at the Makor on May 3=2E  Jean is working on a documentary about the search for an American myth, JD Salinger the author of "The Catcher in the Rye", who has been hiding from public view since 1965=2E Ellis will be interviewed along with musicians Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day, PJ Harvey, actor Gwyneth Paltrow, directors Gus Van Sant, Wes Anderson and writer Jay McInerney=2E
