Dec 29 2014 - What A Year
What a year!

The year in numbers:
58,380 miles
(492,341 now on the car!)

175 shows
In 27 states

One Honorary Doctorate (University of Maine)

One book published (The Hero in You)

One Music Publishing Deal! (BMG/Chrysalis)

One album released! (Chasing Beauty)

Last night I was a surprise guest at Boston's Symphony Hall with legendary musician and friend Tom Rush and a great group of performers. And what a great way to close the year and celebrate-- I'm performing my Passim New Years Eve shows-- four shows total Dec 30th and Dec 31st! 7 & 10pm. Radislav Lorkovic on keys will be there as well as Christopher Williams on percussion, and Flynn returns as an opener as well.

There are still tickets available!

I'm also turning fifty in a few weeks!
On Wed, January 14th you can join us on concert window at 8pm... I can't think of a better way to celebrate than to sing songs with great friends. You can watch the party live at Concert Window!

I've seen many people who turn 50 get reflective and spend the time around their birthdays looking back at their lives and I am certainly doing that. But the overwhelming thing for me is that I'm still beginning. Still excited. Still wanting to learn, grow, improve!

I'm sending gratitude to all of you,
And hoping 2015 is an extraordinary year for you.

Best wishes,
Ellis
